We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to use and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. We cannot assume responsibility for inherent weakness of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing or stain removals. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suede’s, leathers, silks, satins, double-face fabrics, vinyls, polyurethanes, etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, belts, buttons, bells & sequins. We are not responsible for items lost from the locker if instructions on “How It Works” are not followed, doors are not locked properly as instructed while placing the order and/or unclaimed items within 30 days from the date of receipt. Unclaimed garments will be handled in accordance with the provincial regulations. In Laundering, we cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Difference in count must be reported within 2 days from delivery. Unless a list accompanied to the bundle, our count must be accepted. The company’s liability with respect to any lost or damaged articles shall not exceed 4 times our charge for processing it, up to a maximum of $100 and will only be considered if brought to our attention within 2 days from drop off or delivery. Lockers are for commercial use only. We are not liable for any losses arising from personal usage of the lockers. By using our lockers, you agree to our terms and conditions and to our prices. Prices and Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any medical reaction that might be caused by our services (i.e. euphoria, light headedness, rashes, and other allergic reactions). If you experience an allergy, please notify so that the next time we can adjust our detergent and softener amounts appropriately.
